  • Whether its yoga on the mat or in the air all my classes are suitable for beginners and experienced Yogi’s alike. Come and join in the fun and give it a go.

  • No, you are very welcome to bring your on mat if youhvae one but if you don’t, I will have mats in class ready for you to use.

  • Just drop me an email, or text or give me a call and I can get you booked in. For Aerial Yoga all bookings go through the Pole Passion website.
