I run a friendly, down-to-earth yoga class in Bognor Regis at Bersted Jubilee Hall. These sessions are all about moving your body in a way that feels good for you—no pressure, no expectations, just space to unwind and breathe.
My classes focusing on providing a relaxed space to help you feel more comfortable in your body rather than trying to be “good” at yoga. Alongside building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, yoga gives you simple tools to manage stress, big emotions, and busy minds. It’s a chance to switch off, build confidence, have fun, and learn ways to move and reset that you can carry with you beyond the mat. With a relaxed, informal vibe (and usually a bit of a chat and a laugh), it’s a chance to let go of the day, take care of your mind and body, and leave feeling properly chilled.
