YOGA. SILKS. CONNECTION.

I’m Amy - Yoga and arial silks teacher.

I founded Chillout Yoga to create a space where movement is joyful, playful, and welcoming. A place where families and young people can connect to their bodies, their breath, and each other - without pressure or judgment. Yoga and silks are more than exercise here, they’re tools for confidence, connection, and fun.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me surrounded by houseplants, pottering in the garden, or being hilariously bossed around by my Siamese cats. (They always appear the second I roll out my mat!)

Why I teach

Yoga and aerial silks are more than movement—they’re connection. Connection to your body. Connection to your breath. Connection to each other.

I love being up in the air, teaching with silks and yoga hammocks, and sharing that sense of freedom, curiosity, and trust in your body.


My Mission

At the heart of what I do is a simple goal:
To help people find meaningful ways to connect—to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.

Yoga should feel human, welcoming, and real. Small moments of connection can leave a lasting impact—and that’s what I aim to create in every class.
